Business Development Executive – Cinema Advertising

About the role

Cine Square Entertainment is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive revenue through cinema advertising. You will identify and engage potential advertisers, present tailored advertising solutions, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for cinema advertising across brands, agencies and local businesses.
• Conduct cold calls, field visits and networking to build a pipeline of leads.
• Meet with prospects, understand their marketing needs and present appropriate cinema ad packages.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close advertising contracts.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with clients, ensure timely payments and coordinate campaign execution with internal teams.
• Track leads, meetings, proposals and revenue in the CRM.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, advertising or media sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
• Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
