Business Development Engineer – BMH Sales (Industrial & Mining)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Engineer to drive BMH sales across Mining, Cement, Port, Steel, Power and Material Handling sectors. You will work with cutting‑edge hydraulic, drive and automation solutions, building long‑term relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
• Develop and nurture relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants and end‑users.
• Map upcoming projects, create opportunity pipelines and maintain strong ties with existing customers.
• Understand customer applications and propose suitable hydraulic, drive and automation solutions.
• Prepare techno‑commercial offers, coordinate costing, pricing and approval processes.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms while ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and emerging technologies to uncover new growth areas.
