Business Coordination Manager

About the role

The Business Coordination Manager will drive asset management, business planning and strategic consulting for DLF’s real‑estate projects. You will ensure that projects are financially sound, launched on schedule and aligned with market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in formulating business plans for new and existing projects and ensure financial adherence throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead end‑to‑end product management, aligning design with positioning, optimizing costing while preserving quality and customer experience.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies, determine optimal launch schedules, and flag business risks.
• Prepare and present project budgets and lead approval cycles for projects in the launch pipeline.
• Support annual planning, cash‑flow management, scenario analysis and KPI definition for each asset.
• Collaborate on strategic assignments such as sales acceleration, time‑to‑launch reduction, new product development and market entry strategies.
• Prepare and review financial models (IRR, NPV, ROI), conduct feasibility and sensitivity analyses, and perform technical due diligence for land acquisitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in business coordination, strategic work or product management within real estate.
• Proven real‑estate experience; Gurgaon market exposure is a plus.
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
