Business Controller - Digital

About the role

The Digital Business Controller will drive profitable growth for the digital channel in the region. You will own the digital P&L, work closely with the regional commercial team, and translate data into actionable insights that support sales, customer acquisition, traffic, and logistics strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise net sales and customer base by analysing sales and customer behaviour and identifying opportunities and threats.
• Develop, own and monitor the digital sales budget, forecasts and financial plan, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
• Plan, forecast and track the full sales equation on a weekly and daily basis, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Drive analytics across traffic, web, receipt, customer and logistics data to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce leads and commercial managers to shape commercial activities and optimise the digital sales plan.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Business Development or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in e‑commerce and a solid understanding of the digital ecosystem and its analytics.
• Strategic thinking to identify key drivers of the digital P&L and propose optimisation actions.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
