Business Capability Expert – Commercial Process E2E

As a Business Capability Expert in the Intelligent Systems & AI organization, you will help design, standardise and scale end‑to‑end commercial processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and optimise end‑to‑end commercial processes, ensuring alignment with IT applications, KPIs and compliance requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and integrate AI/ML solutions such as automatic opportunity creation, quote generation and order booking.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, conduct workshops, and support onboarding and adoption of new processes.
• Act as a change agent by driving process‑mining insights, KPI performance management and traceability of new ways of working.
• Build and maintain communities of practice, curate performance reporting and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of industry experience, preferably with a university degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with backend commercial processes and end‑to‑end multi‑modal commercial execution.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce or Apttus, SAP, Zuora or similar applications.
• Understanding of quality, regulatory requirements and strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability and fluency in English (written and spoken).
