Business Analyst – Third Party Risk Management

About the role

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to support its Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) governance initiatives. You will work closely with risk, operations, technology, product and governance teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable deliverables that drive transformation for leading financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support TPRM governance activities, including policy, standards, metrics and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured artefacts such as problem statements, stakeholder maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document current‑state (As‑Is) and future‑state (To‑Be) processes, and develop governance metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Identify process inefficiencies, governance gaps and operational risks, recommending practical improvement solutions.

Required profile

• Strong Business Analysis experience within governance, risk, regulatory or transformation programmes.
• Solid understanding of risk governance frameworks and controls.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, technology and risk teams in complex environments.
