About the role
The Business Analyst Manager will lead workshops, interviews and requirement‑gathering sessions to shape product and technology solutions. You will translate business needs into clear documentation, support user‑acceptance testing and work closely with product, technical and business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Run workshops, interviews and requirement‑gathering sessions.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Map existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with product, technology and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Knowledge of the Investment Banking Trade/Risk domain is preferred.
