Business Analyst (IT) – Onsite, Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will primarily focus on WordPress development. The role is based onsite in Surat and involves creating and maintaining custom themes and plugins for a range of client projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality web solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards, staying up‑to‑date with the latest WordPress trends and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Optimize website performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Integrate and work with APIs, WooCommerce, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and other custom functionalities.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional experience in WordPress development (frontend and backend).
• Strong English communication skills for client interaction.
• B.Tech/BE in IT or Computer Science, MCA, MSc IT, BSc IT or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL.
• Experience with Gutenberg block editor, REST API and Git version control.
• Performance optimization techniques for WordPress sites.
• Working knowledge of WooCommerce and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
