About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst specialized in the Insurance sector to support large‑scale transformation initiatives. The role focuses on analysing processes, gathering requirements and driving improvements across the insurance value chain.

Key responsibilities

Lead insurance domain transformation initiatives and large‑scale business change programs.
Conduct business analysis, requirement gathering, and process consulting for customer onboarding journeys.
Streamline and optimise business processes while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and delivery teams.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships, facilitate discussions and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

Required profile

Strong experience in insurance domain transformation and business analysis.
Proven ability to work in fast‑paced enterprise environments and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred experience with HSBC and familiarity with governance and ways of working.
