Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Fresh team. This role offers a steep learning curve in retail, e‑commerce and customer behavior, allowing you to turn data into actionable insights that shape key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards that drive business decisions.
• Validate data for new and existing tools to ensure accuracy.
• Learn and apply Amazon’s wide range of data resources, selecting the appropriate sources for each analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, category, customer service, technology and finance stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analyses.
• Monitor business trends, recommend strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Produce written business recommendations that influence the direction of the Fresh business.
