Business Analyst – Financial Services (5-10 yrs experience)

About the role

We are building a next‑generation product engineering organization and need experienced Business Analysts to turn business problems, customer needs and market opportunities into clear product capabilities. The role combines business analysis, product thinking, domain modelling and AI‑assisted techniques to drive rapid product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, customers and engineering to discover business problems and define product opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to translate needs into product capabilities.
• Analyze complex business processes, identify automation and digital transformation opportunities, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Create and maintain business domain models, ensuring alignment with regulatory and financial security requirements.
• Produce high‑quality user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and process flows.
• Maintain traceability from business objectives through implementation and support product validation activities.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate market research, requirement documentation and product discovery while ensuring accuracy.
• Work closely with architects, UX designers, engineers, data scientists and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or regulated domains.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, domain modelling and requirements engineering.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and data teams.
• Excellent analytical and systems thinking skills.
• Experience using AI‑assisted tools for analysis and documentation.

Required skills

• Business analysis methodologies (e.g., workshops, stakeholder interviews).
• Domain modelling and process mapping.
• Requirement specification (user stories, epics, acceptance criteria).
• Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements.
