Bus Driver

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Pune District. As a Bus Driver you will operate Volvo and luxury seater buses on intercity routes, ensuring safe and punctual transport for passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Drive buses safely, complying with traffic regulations, defensive‑driving techniques and company safety standards.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating and luggage handling, providing courteous communication.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, follow assigned routes and coordinate with dispatch on delays or emergencies.

Required profile

• Valid commercial driving licence with passenger‑transport endorsements and a clean driving record.
• Experience with bus operation; truck‑driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to sit for long periods, lift luggage and perform safety checks.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for reading route plans and maintaining logs.
