About the role

The Brokerage Agent ensures smooth and timely shipment coordination by maintaining constant communication with carriers and customers throughout the delivery process. This full‑time, onsite position in Mohali operates on a rotational shift schedule, offering a fast‑paced environment for detail‑oriented professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with carriers to track shipment status and obtain timely updates.
• Provide customers with accurate pickup and delivery information at every stage.
• Monitor real‑time location and movement of trucks to maintain full visibility of shipments.
• Obtain delivery confirmations and keep precise shipment records.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively during 10‑hour, 5‑day work weeks.

Required profile

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Clear verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational ability.
• Basic understanding of transportation and logistics processes.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
