About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Brick Specialist at Oxmoor Mall in Louisville, KY. In this part‑time, customer‑facing position you will create inspirational retail experiences for LEGO fans of all ages while maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest, operate the cash register, and ensure a friendly, professional interaction.
• Maintain store displays, perform daily cleaning, and uphold LEGO visual standards.
• Assist in receiving merchandise, organize the stockroom, and follow safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests, processing transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, energetic individual able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two hours, lift 30 lb, and perform frequent moving, reaching, and climbing.
• Availability for up to 25 hours per week across at least three days, with at least one weekend day.
