Branding & Marketing Trainee – Bhubaneswar

About the role

We are seeking a Branding & Marketing Trainee to gain hands‑on experience building and growing multiple brands in Bhubaneswar. The role combines digital, social, and on‑ground activities across three distinct brands, offering exposure to brand strategy, content creation, lead generation and field marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support brand positioning, messaging and identity development.
• Plan and execute social media content, coordinate with designers and agencies, and track engagement metrics.
• Assist lead‑generation and customer‑acquisition campaigns, explore new channels and partnerships.
• Participate in events, college and corporate outreach, visit partners and stakeholders, and manage offline brand activations.
• Execute marketing campaigns from planning to reporting, monitor performance against KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Utilise AI tools for research, content ideation and productivity, and explore marketing automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong interest in branding, marketing and business growth.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with a focus on execution.
• Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing tasks.

What we offer

• Initial compensation of ₹15,000‑₹20,000 per month, increasing to ₹30,000‑₹40,000 after six months based on performance.
