Brand Specialist – French

About the role

Amazon is looking for a French‑speaking Brand Specialist to join the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team within Retail Business Services. In this position you will act as the primary liaison between Amazon and key vendor partners, helping to shape and execute strategies that drive traffic, brand awareness and revenue on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long‑term partnerships with a portfolio of strategic vendors.
• Collaborate with Retail Category teams to set expectations, communicate status and drive joint growth plans.
• Develop and implement joint business plans that meet defined KPIs for both Amazon and the vendor.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of vendor performance, identify root causes, and publish actionable recommendations.
• Lead regular business reviews (WBRs, MBRs) with vendors, presenting metric performance and action plans.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase vendor traffic, conversion and sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, account management or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Customer‑centric attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally across merchandising, buying, finance and operations.
