Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to elevate Navi’s brand awareness and consideration. You will blend creative storytelling with data‑driven strategy to shape the brand’s identity and connect meaningfully with audiences across all product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for all Navi products.
• Lead GTM planning and execution in partnership with Product, Growth, Business and Media teams.
• Generate creative campaign concepts and drive them from brief to launch across digital, social, influencer, partnership and content channels.
• Own campaign timelines, stakeholder management and seamless delivery.
• Lead the content vertical across push notifications, WhatsApp, RCS, in‑app messaging, performance marketing and other owned channels.
• Define and maintain the brand’s tone of voice, provide creative direction and ensure consistency across all communications.
• Brief and manage creative, content, influencer and production agencies to deliver high‑quality campaigns.

Required profile

• MBA from a reputed institute with 6+ years of brand‑marketing experience in consumer‑tech or D2C.
• Strong grasp of storytelling, positioning and audience segmentation.
• Proven track record of managing both ATL and BTL brand campaigns.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and project management.
