Brand Manager – Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Beverages

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the Ready‑to‑Drink (RTD) portfolio. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will own the development and execution of brand strategies that drive share growth and meet financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Design consumer‑centric ATL, BTL and experiential campaigns that create seamless journeys.
• Leverage research, trends, data and insights to keep the consumer at the heart of every decision.
• Measure brand performance, optimise spend and maximise ROI.
• Create and localise regional/global toolkits, write agency briefs and manage agency relationships.
• Align internal sales, marketing and leadership stakeholders on brand initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers and sales teams to gather trade and shopper insights.

Required profile

• 8‑9 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a marketing function.
• Proven consumer brand management experience in progressive roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead BTL, ATL and innovation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
