Brand Manager – Category Growth

About the role

Plush is seeking a proactive Brand Manager to own the end‑to‑end performance of assigned product categories. You will be responsible for driving revenue, margins and growth through strategic planning, data‑driven decisions and cross‑functional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the category, defining roadmap, assortment mix and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and design teams on new launches, manage product lifecycle, pricing and positioning.
• Forecast demand, maintain optimal inventory levels and work with supply chain to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Track key performance metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, margins) and derive insights to improve results.
• Partner with marketing for campaigns, launches and promotions, and coordinate with operations, finance and marketplace teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, merchandising or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in D2C, e‑commerce or consumer brands is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Ownership mindset, data‑driven approach and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
