Brand Custodian

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Custodian to protect and maintain the visual and verbal identity of LIT LIFE across all touch‑points. You will ensure every creative asset meets the highest standards of detail, consistency and brand tone as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Review all creative outputs before publication, including design, copy, spacing, alignment, tone, claims and overall brand consistency.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across packaging, Instagram, website, product pages, ads and creator assets.
• Check colours, fonts, layouts, grammar, formatting, visual hierarchy and other details for each asset.
• Keep a live brand checklist for each asset type and work closely with design, copy, campaign, product and growth teams.
• Identify and correct mistakes before they reach customers, ensuring the brand’s sharpness and consistency as output scales.

Required profile

• Obsessive attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and verbal taste.
• Ability to give precise, actionable feedback without causing chaos.
• Comfort working under tight timelines while maintaining high quality.
• Passion for protecting brand consistency and preventing sloppy outputs.

Required skills

• Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.
• Familiarity with brand systems and digital asset management.
• Ability to spot errors in copy, grammar and visual hierarchy.
