About the role
The Branch Operations Manager (TM CSE) in Ajmer is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of the branch while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Execute receipting, banking and reconciliation processes with 100% accuracy, including cash, cheque and demand draft handling.
- Manage safe custody of cash, keys and assets, and ensure timely reconciliation of branch assets.
- Provide commercial support by identifying and registering local vendors, processing vendor invoices, and facilitating NEFT payments.
- Coordinate new branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other functions.
- Handle legal, compliance and taxation matters, including tax remittances and representation in labour/consumer courts.
- Support sales operations by updating advisor information, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating training programmes.
- Maintain confidentiality of information despite limited infrastructure and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of office premises and oversee office administration.
Required profile
- Proven experience in branch or operations management with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work extended hours and adapt to fluctuating workload volumes.
- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple systems and tasks concurrently.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams, vendors and external authorities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
