Branch Operations & Finance Manager

About the role

The Branch Operations & Finance Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of the branch, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial processes such as receipting, banking, reconciliation, cheque dishonour management and cash handling with 100% accuracy.
• Manage vendor registration, procurement, bill verification, NEFT registrations and timely payments.
• Coordinate branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other support functions.
• Oversee advisor licensing, sales support, MIS preparation, dashboard updates and training programmes.
• Provide legal, compliance and taxation support, including timely tax remittances.
• Maintain security of safes, cash boxes, office keys and confidential documentation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate results under high‑volume, changing processes.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple systems and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Ability to work extended hours and adapt to seasonal workload spikes.
