Branch Manager – Stock Broking & Wealth Management

About the role

Profitmart Securities is expanding its branch network and seeks a dynamic Branch Manager to lead sales and business development for stock broking and wealth management services. The role focuses entirely on client acquisition, revenue generation, and team performance across a defined region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall sales and revenue growth for the assigned region, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets across all investment products.
• Recruit, train, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
• Acquire new Demat & Trading accounts through direct sales and team efforts.
• Generate revenue from equity, futures & options, mutual funds, insurance, IPOs, bonds and wealth‑management products.
• Build and expand relationships with HNI, retail, NRI and corporate clients, and develop franchise, AP, business associate and referral partner networks.
• Conduct client meetings, investor awareness programs, seminars and other business‑development activities.
• Monitor team productivity, maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure high conversion ratios.
• Analyze competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred) with 5–10+ years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or wealth management.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, business development and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Experience managing large sales teams and delivering consistent results.
• Strong understanding of capital‑market products and excellent networking, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and passionate about sales.
