Branch Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Branch Executive to be the first point of contact for students and parents visiting our office. You will support the counselling team by managing appointments, handling inbound and outbound communications, and ensuring a welcoming, organized front‑office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in students and parents, provide assistance, and maintain a presentable front office.
• Manage student appointments, update the counsellor calendar, and keep daily visitor logs.
• Handle incoming calls, guide callers to the appropriate counsellor, and respond to basic queries via call or WhatsApp.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students generated from website, events, or social media leads.
• Share accurate information about countries, courses, and intake dates.
• Follow up on leads, schedule counselling sessions, and maintain call logs.
• Update lead data in CRM tools and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in tele‑calling, counselling support, or front‑office operations is an advantage.
• Confident, friendly, and student‑oriented attitude with strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.
