About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Banking Service Officer to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. In this position you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash and transaction processing, and supporting the smooth operation of the branch while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with banking needs.
- Process cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
- Manage daily cash flow and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Promote bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff on branch procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in cash handling.
- Solid understanding of branch operations and banking regulations.
