BPO Telecaller – Lead Generation & Customer Follow‑Up

About the role

We are looking for a motivated BPO Telecaller to generate leads, explain our real‑estate projects and maintain continuous communication with prospects. You will work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into site visits and potential bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads sourced from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Identify genuine prospects, qualify them based on budget, property type, location and investment needs.
• Explain project details, pricing, facilities and investment opportunities to potential customers.
• Handle basic questions, objections and convince prospects to consider our projects.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits, liaising with sales and field teams.
• Maintain lead information, call logs and follow‑up status in CRM, Excel and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outbound call and lead‑generation targets.
• Prepare daily performance reports for the Team Leader or Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate candidates preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or real‑estate is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner with strong convincing abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and other communication tools.
