BPO Executive – Call Centre (Day Shift)

About the role

Technotask Business Solutions is seeking enthusiastic BPO Executives to join its call centre in Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow. This full‑time, day‑shift position is ideal for recent graduates with up to six months of experience in customer support or telecalling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Inform customers about products and services.
• Understand and address customer queries promptly.
• Resolve issues over the phone and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills.

Required profile

• Graduate or higher qualification.
• 0‑6 months experience in customer support or telecalling (freshers welcome).
• Male candidates only.
• Willingness to work six days a week on a day shift.

Required skills

• Clear verbal communication in English.
• Basic computer literacy for record‑keeping.
