BPO Call Center Representative – Hyderabad

About the role

Naresh I Technologies is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its BPO Call Center team in Hyderabad. This entry‑level position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop customer service expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, following communication scripts.
• Provide professional customer support, resolve queries, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and research issues to deliver alternatives.
• Seize upselling opportunities when relevant products arise.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a call‑center environment (advantageous).
• Proficiency in English; Hindi or Telugu language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in English.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi or Telugu.
• Ability to follow scripts and handle multiple call scenarios.
