Blow moulding operator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Blow Moulding Operator to join our manufacturing team in Tamil Nadu. The role involves operating and monitoring blow moulding machines to produce polymer‑based water storage products in line with production specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate blow moulding machines, ensuring correct material feeding and machine parameters.
• Perform routine visual and dimensional checks, maintain clean and safe work areas, and follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Report any machine issues or production deviations to supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
• Maintain documentation of production runs and assist in basic troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Prior experience in plastic or polymer manufacturing, especially blow moulding, is preferred.
• Basic technical education such as ITI, Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Plastics or related fields.
• Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a factory environment.
• Commitment to follow safety regulations, standard operating procedures and production instructions accurately.
