Blogger – Hotel Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Blogger to join Hotel Mirka Plaza in Bhubaneswar. The role involves producing engaging blog posts, articles and travel guides that showcase the hotel’s amenities, local attractions and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research and write original content about hospitality trends, nearby tourist spots and hotel services.
• Draft, edit and publish blog posts on the hotel’s website and social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, offers and seasonal events.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and update existing articles for accuracy and SEO performance.
• Monitor content metrics, suggest improvements and contribute ideas for new topics based on guest feedback.

Required profile

• Strong command of English with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience writing for blogs in hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on-site in Bhubaneswar and coordinating with front-office and marketing teams.
• Relevant education in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
