Blockchain Developer – Build Secure Scalable Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and maintain production‑ready blockchain applications and smart contracts. You will work across public and permissioned networks, continuously exploring emerging technologies to keep our solutions at the forefront of the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain blockchain‑based applications and backend services.
• Write, test, deploy, and optimise smart contracts on platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger Fabric/Besu, and Cosmos.
• Build Proofs of Concept to evaluate new protocols, frameworks, and scaling solutions.
• Research and integrate advanced topics like smart‑contract security, cross‑chain interoperability, zero‑knowledge proofs, MPC, layer‑2 scaling, tokenisation, and decentralized identity.
• Translate research findings into practical product features and architectural improvements.
• Integrate blockchain networks with enterprise systems and optimise for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, security assessments, and vulnerability analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience developing blockchain applications and smart contracts.
• Experience with enterprise blockchain solutions or Web3 products.
• Proven ability to build PoCs and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies.

Required skills

• Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger Fabric, Hyperledger Besu, Cosmos (or similar platforms).
• Solidity (Rust is a plus) for smart‑contract development.
• Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic hashing, Merkle trees, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go or Python.
