BIM Technician – Dry Utilities

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Technician specialized in dry utilities to design, model and supervise BIM production for infrastructure projects. You will work closely with design engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary changes and ensure model quality on a cloud collaboration platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for dry utilities and MEICA systems.
• Supervise and review the BIM work of the team, providing coaching and feedback.
• Synchronise models and drawings daily to the cloud CDE and publish drawing sets for review.
• Generate and resolve clash reports, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and the project execution plan.
• Coordinate design changes with other disciplines and maintain proper documentation.
• Support the company’s SHEQ requirements within the BIM scope.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of BIM modelling and supervision experience on infrastructure projects.
• Degree or diploma in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Strong ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
