BIM & MEP Engineer – Onsite in Trichy

About the role

V Catapult is seeking skilled BIM and MEP professionals to join a growing engineering team in Trichy. The positions involve creating and coordinating detailed 3D models for construction projects, working closely with architects, structural engineers, and other discipline experts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models from design drawings using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Produce 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models.
• Prepare HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑protection layouts and related shop drawings.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve modeling issues.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and project documentation.
• Generate quantity take‑offs and schedules when required.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• 1‑5 years of relevant BIM/MEP experience.
• Relevant BIM/MEP certification is a plus.
• Experience on international projects is preferred.
