BIM Architectural Modeler / Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architectural Modeler/Engineer to develop and coordinate accurate architectural drawings and 3D BIM models for large‑scale building and infrastructure projects. The role works closely with architects, engineers and BIM coordinators to ensure all deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models and architectural drawings using Autodesk Revit based on design requirements.
• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules and construction drawings for design development, tender, IFC and construction stages.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and report clashes or discrepancies.
• Incorporate design changes, maintain proper file structures, drawing registers and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in architectural drafting and BIM modelling, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication and ability to work independently or within multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit Architecture

• Navisworks (basic clash detection)
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and BIM standards
