BIM Architect

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Architect with 2–3 years of experience in commercial projects. The role involves creating and managing architectural BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
• Produce architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Coordinate models with structural and MEP disciplines and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Prepare design development and construction documentation in line with BIM Execution Plans.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support model reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet assigned deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling, preferably on commercial projects such as offices, hotels, hospitals, retail or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction drawings and detailing.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
