Billing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Billing Executive to support our Time & Materials and Fixed Price project billing processes. The role involves preparing draft invoices, reconciling actuals, and ensuring accurate billing for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create draft billing documents for T&M and FP projects and submit them for review.
• Generate pre‑bill invoices on request and reconcile them with actuals on a monthly basis.
• Adjust and rectify billable time entries within projects.
• Maintain and update project maintenance details and resource forecasts.
• Adhere to established timelines and service level agreements for the billing process.
• Apply cash receipts, perform reconciliations, and support month‑end close activities.
• Coordinate with billing leads, account teams, and business managers to complete monthly billing cycles.
• Contribute to process improvement, simplification, and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or cash application.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for client‑facing interactions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, INDEX).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Cash application knowledge.
