Billing Coordinator / Cashier

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Billing Coordinator / Cashier to join our retail team in Chennai. The role involves handling all payment transactions, generating bills, and providing excellent customer service while supporting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Generate bills and maintain daily cash records.
• Assist customers with billing and payment‑related queries.
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and upsell to increase sales.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Support store operations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly store environment.

Required profile

• 12th pass or any graduate.
• 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Talent for upselling and sales conversion.
• Smart, presentable, energetic, and customer‑focused.
• Willingness to actively promote products and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer and POS/billing knowledge is an advantage.
• Prior experience in bakery, retail, food sales, or customer service is a plus.
