Bilingual Panel Support Helpdesk

About the role

Numerator is looking for a bilingual professional to join its Panel Support Helpdesk team. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and assisting panel members across a range of product categories, ensuring high engagement during their first month.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit new panelists from various sources and manage their onboarding and training.
• Monitor panelist participation during the first month, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate panelist feedback to the Project Manager and senior team to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Use the Global Panel Management (GPM) tool to track interactions, update records, and monitor quality.
• Provide face‑to‑face recruitment when required and hand over panelists to permanent managers after initial rewards are paid.
• Ensure demographic targets are met and maintain accurate purchase data for categories such as grocery, fresh produce, and alcohol.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with professional proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage panelists effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to track data and monitor quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours covering French business hours, including a Saturday shift.

Required skills

• Experience with CATi or similar helpdesk systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the Global Panel Management (GPM) tool.
