Bilingual Customer Support Analyst (Spanish/English)

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Customer Solutions Analyst who is fluent in Spanish and English to provide frontline technical assistance to its global hotel‑technology customers. You will join a high‑energy technical support team that serves over 33,000 clients using the company’s SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and analytical support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Identify customer configuration needs, set expectations and resolve issues while meeting KPIs.
• Log all interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate cases according to SLAs.
• Participate in product training sessions and share feedback for product improvements.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries.
• Experience working with SaaS solutions or technical support environments.
• Ability to meet performance targets and work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) usage for case management.
