About the role

The Bentley iTwin Trainer will lead instructor‑led sessions on Bentley iTwin and digital‑twin workflows at the Bhubaneswar campus of Industry Ready Academy. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering practical, hands‑on training that mirrors current industry use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver course materials and labs for Bentley iTwin.
• Create practical exercises, demonstrations, and project work aligned with industry standards.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and support skill development.
• Maintain training labs, document session plans, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with the academy team to continuously improve the curriculum.
• Stay current with Bentley platform updates and emerging digital‑twin trends.
• Mentor learners on career pathways and coordinate with industry partners.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Bentley iTwin and related BIM/digital‑twin tools.
• Background in engineering, architecture, construction, or infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering technical training or coaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline (preferred).
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Bhubaneswar.
