Bending Machine Operator

About the role

The Bending Machine Operator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jaipur. The role involves operating and monitoring bending machines that fabricate components for advanced solar‑cleaning robots. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure parts meet strict quality and design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bending machines, setting up tools and materials for each job.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
• Perform precise bending operations to meet production specifications.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical problems.

Required profile

• Proven ability to operate and monitor bending and related machinery.
• Understanding of quality‑control practices and inspection procedures.
• Experience working safely with industrial machinery and hand tools.
• Clear communication skills for coordination with supervisors and technicians.
• Experience in metal fabrication or mechanical assembly is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of reading engineering drawings or technical blueprints.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience as a machine operator or vocational training in mechanical/industrial trades is an advantage.
