Bench Sales Recruiter

About the role

The Bench Sales Recruiter will work full‑time on‑site in Hyderabad, promoting and placing IT consultants on client projects. You will act as the bridge between our bench of talent and client demand, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable project opportunities and submit consultant profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow‑up communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and client organisations.
• Negotiate rates, contract terms and manage vendor agreements.
• Track consultant status while on the bench and update recruitment and sales pipelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using ATS/CRM and MS Office tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of placed consultants.
• Achieve placement and revenue targets while delivering a professional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Strong bench sales and IT recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening and placement.
• Proven vendor management and client relationship‑building skills.
• Good knowledge of IT consulting roles, technologies and market trends.
• Proficiency with recruitment portals, ATS/CRM systems and MS Office for daily reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet placement targets.
• Prior experience in US IT bench sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IT or a related field preferred.
