Bellman – Guest Services at Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and detail‑oriented Bellman to join our hotel team in Mysuru, India. As the first point of contact for guests, you will help create memorable stays through courteous service and smooth coordination of luggage and transportation. You will work closely with the front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless service and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and residents with warmth, provide directions and recommendations for hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Handle, store and safeguard incoming and outgoing baggage, ensuring accuracy and care.
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, working closely with doormen, reception and valet teams.
• Monitor valet parking, taxi queues and hired‑car services according to established procedures.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and forward security or complaint issues to the Lobby Manager.
• Maintain entrance and driveway operations in line with service standards and ethical codes.
• Promote in‑house facilities and inter‑hotel sales to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow health, safety and security policies, protecting guest and hotel information.

• Reliability and professionalism in handling guest belongings and information.
