Bell Ringer – Full‑time Resort Position

About the role

The Bell Ringer is a full‑time, on‑site position at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort. You will be responsible for operating the bell system to support daily resort operations, special events, and ceremonial activities, ensuring precise timing and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Sound bells at designated times according to the resort’s schedule.
• Coordinate with front‑office and events teams to meet special requests.
• Maintain bell equipment in good working order.
• Follow all safety and security protocols.
• Assist guests with basic inquiries related to scheduled events.
• Contribute to a calm and welcoming environment throughout the property.

Required profile

• Ability to follow precise schedules and instructions with strong attention to timing.
• Basic hospitality etiquette and polite guest interaction.
• Physical capability to safely access bell areas and operate mechanisms.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to learn hotel safety and emergency procedures.
• Previous hospitality or events experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is preferred.
