Behaviour Change Specialist

About the role

The India Program Design & Development team at Noora Health creates scalable health programmes by blending public health, behavioural science, service design and technology. We are seeking a Behaviour Change Specialist to deepen the team’s behavioural expertise, identify barriers and enablers, and turn insights into actionable interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply behavioural science frameworks to diagnose key behaviours, motivations, social norms and system factors influencing health outcomes.
• Translate research findings into practical programme designs, tools, content and delivery models.
• Conduct qualitative and mixed‑method research such as interviews, focus groups, journey mapping and behavioural inquiry.
• Co‑create, prototype and pilot interventions with cross‑functional teams, testing hypotheses and iterating based on evidence.
• Define behavioural outcomes, develop change pathways and link interventions to health impact.
• Develop behavioural metrics, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and document learning for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in behaviour change, public health, health promotion, behavioural science, implementation research or a related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Public Health, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Social Sciences, Health Promotion or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with medical experts, designers, content creators and implementation teams.
