About the role

Kapable is seeking a Behavioral & Organizational Skills Trainer to guide professionals in building lasting habits, improving execution and boosting workplace effectiveness. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact learning experiences that blend behavioural science with practical tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own the learner journey, helping participants develop habits, systems and mindsets for consistent performance.
• Facilitate engaging one‑on‑one and group sessions that translate behavioural insights into actionable workplace practices.
• Identify behavioural patterns, decision‑making habits and execution challenges, and co‑create strategies for long‑term consistency.
• Coach learners on prioritisation, time management, planning, accountability and follow‑through.
• Monitor progress, analyse behavioural trends and continuously refine facilitation techniques to maximise engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning journeys and ensure program relevance and impact.

Required profile

• Strong communication and facilitation abilities, creating psychologically safe learning environments.
• Capacity to link behavioural principles with real workplace challenges and leadership effectiveness.
• Deep understanding of behavioural patterns, habit formation and execution strategies.
