Barista (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Barista to join our SARAZA Bakery & Café team in Rajkot. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks while ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle bakery items, maintain cleanliness of the counter and seating area, and follow hygiene standards.
• Take orders accurately, manage billing, and operate the POS system.
• Interact courteously with guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations.
• Stock supplies, monitor product quality, and collaborate with kitchen and bakery staff during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work fast‑paced shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic numerical ability for cash handling and order accuracy.
• Minimum high school education; hospitality training is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on barista skills, including coffee equipment operation.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
