About the role

Join Glaze Bakehouse & Kitchen as a Barista/Front‑of‑House Executive and become the face of a contemporary bakery and café. You will work on‑site full‑time in Bhubaneswar, delivering high‑quality coffee, freshly baked goods, and friendly service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to consistent standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation and ensure product quality.
• Greet guests, take orders, manage billing, and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, organize displays, and restock supplies.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams, following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Represent the brand professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Barista experience with knowledge of coffee preparation.
• Effective communication for order taking and team coordination.
• Basic food‑preparation abilities and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Reliability in cash handling and POS system use.
• Flexibility to work varied hours in a busy café setting.
