Barista – Customer‑Focused Coffee Specialist

About the role

Brewtopia Coffee & Roastery is seeking a passionate Barista to join its Jaipur café. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering high‑quality coffee and a welcoming experience to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and menu items following standard recipes.
• Operate espresso machines and other café equipment efficiently.
• Take customer orders and process POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain product quality, presentation, hygiene, and overall cleanliness.
• Support food preparation and daily café operations.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
• Provide friendly, professional service during peak and off‑peak hours.

Required profile

• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café equipment.
• Clear communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
