Bank Sales Representative – Customer Acquisition & Retention

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bank Sales Representative to drive growth of core banking products and expand our customer base. The role combines proactive prospecting, client relationship building, and field marketing activities across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Boost sales of checking, savings, and term deposit products.
• Identify and engage potential customers for life and general insurance, credit cards, and other banking services.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients, especially those with inactive accounts, to cross‑sell additional services.
• Plan and execute field marketing activities that require travel to various locales.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Strictly follow the bank’s selling rules and marketing guidelines to ensure ethical and compliant practices.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
• Young, energetic candidates – freshers or 1‑3 years experience in liability sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
